Francisco was born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina, and even as a kid, he was already passionate about storytelling, drafting his own stories about dinosaurs and jungle explorers.
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, and a brief period specializing in social media and branded storytelling, Francisco chose to pursue his writing and was offered a fellowship at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, for an MFA in Dramatic Writing. At the program, he was cross-trained in play, screen and television writing, and graduated with an Excellence Award.
Francisco's scripts deal with themes of technology and AI, immigration, cultural identity, and family trauma, and have been workshopped at The New Group, The Lark, and FailBetter NYC, and received recognition from The O’Neill, Ars Nova, Sundance, The Blacklist, the Austin Film Festival, and Disney | ABC.
Francisco currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
